Just to let you know that I tried the Spanish windscreen repair company and they did put me through to an English operator. She was very helpful and the UK branch (Autoglass), had a depot just a few miles away and came out and fixed my windscreen Saturday afternoon.
So after feeling a bit desperate at the real bad timing of my windscreen crack, all was sorted in the end. Every body was really helpful and thank you for your help too. I will certainly recommend your services. Kind regards, Julie
