Premiums are calculated based upon the size of
area to be insured which can include anything from 4 to 350 properties
provided they are all within the confines of the same complex.
Your policy comes with third party liability as
standard which provides protection against damage, total loss and/or
personal injury to occupants and/or visitors.
We even provide a breakdown of premium costs
for each individual property based upon the build size of each.
This breakdown includes a portion of the cost of insurance for all of
the public areas.
